The Office of His Highness the Duke of Royan, under the aegis of H.H. Prince Georges IV, Duke of Royan, is seeking a Private Secretary for His Highness in Luxembourg City.

As His Highness's Private Secretary, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and confidential administrative support to His Highness in his daily activities and official engagements. You will work closely with His Highness, the Office Manager and other team members to ensure effective and professional support.

Main responsibilities

  • Manage His Highness's agenda, plan appointments, meetings and travel.
  • Ensure official correspondence and handle telephone and electronic communications in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Coordinate official events and visits, including logistics and coordination with external stakeholders.
  • Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks, such as case management, record keeping and preparation of reports.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Fluent command of French and English, with knowledge of any other European language, such as Luxembourgish, an asset.
  • Strong work ethic, professional integrity and commitment to public service.
  • Knowledge of protocols and service standards.
